The rate reflects where we are: early cohort, tight feedback loop, real production builds. We are not a discount agency. The price is low because we are building alongside a small group of founders who get access in exchange for direct input. When the early cohort closes, pricing moves to market rate.

Common questions

Can I cancel Tier 1 at any time?

Yes. Tier 1 is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice — no long-term commitment, no penalty. Your codebase and all deliverables remain yours regardless of when you cancel.

Who owns the code?

You do. All code, assets, and infrastructure configuration are delivered to your own repository under your ownership. MagentLabs retains no licence to use your specific product code after the engagement ends.

What is the refund policy for Tier 0?

The Launch Sprint fee is fixed and non-refundable once execution begins. We mitigate this risk by doing a thorough brief and architecture session before any payment — if we cannot agree on scope, there is no charge. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

What exactly is included in a Launch Sprint?

Everything needed to get a production-ready product live: brief, architecture, UX, code, tests, deployment pipeline, and a 30-day handoff support window. The scope is defined together in the brief session — no surprises after payment.

What happens if I do not roll into Tier 1 after the Launch Sprint?

Nothing happens. The Launch Sprint is self-contained. You receive all deliverables, the repo is yours, and you can take the product wherever you want. Tier 1 is an offer, not a condition of Tier 0.
